1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Subscription and Payment

  • LeadPlay is a paid subscription-based service. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the billing date.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
  • Continued use of the platform after a pricing change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

By subscribing to or contracting with LeadPlay, you voluntarily and irrevocably waive your right to initiate or participate in any form of legal action, lawsuit, arbitration, or claim against LeadPlay, its parent company, team, vendors, partners, or affiliates, including but not limited to:

  • Platform performance issues
  • Changes to pricing, plans, or offers
  • Perceived damages or lost opportunities
  • Financial losses
  • Account bans, suspensions, or terminations
  • Missed leads or low response rates
  • Disruptions or cancellations of services

You acknowledge that your use of LeadPlay is at your own risk, and you assume full responsibility for your business and lead generation outcomes.

4. Platform Usage and Restrictions

  • You may not use LeadPlay to send spam, violate LinkedIn's terms of service, or engage in unethical outreach practices.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for violations of our policies, abuse, or suspected misuse.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

5. Account Bans and Enforcement

  • LeadPlay may permanently suspend or restrict your access without notice for activities that put our platform, IP reputation, or third-party integrations (e.g. LinkedIn) at risk.
  • We are not responsible for accounts banned by LinkedIn or any other third-party platform.

6. Results Disclaimer

  • While LeadPlay is designed to improve outreach efficiency, we make no guarantees of specific results (e.g. number of leads, replies, meetings booked).
  • Historical performance does not guarantee future performance.

7. Data and Analytics

  • You agree to let LeadPlay collect anonymized performance data for platform improvement.
  • You retain ownership of your leads and data, but grant us a license to process it as needed to provide the service.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, code, and platform assets are the intellectual property of LeadPlay or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or repurpose any part of the platform without written permission.

9. Contractors and Informal Agreements

  • LeadPlay may engage contractors, freelancers, or partners through memoranda of understanding, informal agreements, or email-based offers.
  • All such offers are non-binding, subject to change, and may be withdrawn or revised at any time at our sole discretion.
  • We are not liable for any loss, cost, or damage incurred due to changes in access, pricing, plans, or scope of service.
  • Continued work or engagement with LeadPlay after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
